Ground Report | New Delhi: Adult clips from Raj Kundra; Mumbai Police today made another sensational claim against businessman Raj Kundra, who was granted bail by a magistrate court after his arrest two months ago, in an alleged adult film racket case.

Adult clips from Raj Kundra

The Crime Branch of Mumbai Police has claimed that during the investigation, 119 adult videos have been found from Raj Kundra's mobile, laptop, and hard drive. It added that Kundra, who is Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty's husband, was planning to sell these videos for Rs 9 crore.

Earlier on Monday, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate SB Bhajipale had allowed Kundra's bail application on a surety of Rs 50,000. Along with Kundra, his associate and co-accused Ryan Throp was also granted bail. Throop and Kundra were arrested on July 19 for allegedly producing adult films and publishing them through certain apps.

The police have claimed that there is enough evidence to suggest the involvement of Raj Kundra in the case. In February this year, a Mumbai Police team raided the Green Park bungalow in Mud. The police took this action after getting information about the shooting of adult films there.

During this, the police had arrested five people and a girl was also released. Two actors and two young women were also among the five arrested. Raj Kundra is the husband of film actress Shilpa Shetty.

Hotshot app

On behalf of the police in the court, the prosecution said, “Raj Kundra was dealing in pgraphic videos through his app Hotshot. When Gehana Vashistha was arrested, she took the name of Umesh Kamat and Raj Kundra’s former PA Umesh Kamat. informed the police about the involvement of Raj Kundra.”

However, Raj Kundra has claimed that he has sold the Hotshot app to a wanted accused, Pradeep Bakshi.

However, the police say, “Investigation has revealed that Raj Kundra was regularly taking updates about the financial transactions of this app. He also created a WhatsApp group of which he was an admin. In this group, he shared the hotshot clip. Used to discuss distribution and financial transactions related to.”

“Gehan Vashisht and Umesh Kamat were both producer directors and wrote stories for Hotshot and mails sent to others along with the story were also marked in the CC to Raj Kundra. Had many conversations about it.”
