This meeting is important because the cases of corona infection in the country are constantly increasing. 2,73,810 new cases were filed in the last 24 hours.

The number of corona infected patients is increasing continuously in India.

According to the Health Ministry, 2,73,810 new cases of corona infection were registered in the last 24 hours.

In the last one day, 1,619 more people died of infection. Now the total number of positive cases has increased to 1,50,61,919 of which 19,29,329 are active cases. The death toll has risen to 1,78,769.

However In Bihar, the ruling MLA of the ruling Janata Dal United and former education minister Dr Mevalal Chaudhary has passed away.

He was admitted to the hospital three days ago after being confirmed to be corona positive.

In view of the increasing cases of corona in Bihar, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar announced several restrictions on Sunday.

Night curfew has been imposed in the entire state. This will be applicable from nine o'clock in the night to five o'clock in the morning.

Shops and offices have been instructed to close at 6 pm. Work will stop at 5 pm in government offices.

All educational institutions, malls, parks, theaters and religious places have been closed till May 15 in the state.

In Bihar, 8,690 new cases of infection were reported within 24 hours on Sunday.
