Ground Report | New Delhi: PM-KISAN 10th Installment; Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the tenth installment of the grant given under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Yojana for the farmers of the country on the occasion of the New Year.

On this occasion, he said, “Today as we are entering the new year, then taking inspiration from our efforts of last year, we have to move towards new resolutions. This year we will complete 75 years of our independence.”

“Our Farmer Product Organizations – FPO’s have a big role in organizing the growing potential of small farmers of the country. The small farmer who used to be isolated earlier now has five big powers in the form of FPO.”

“The first power is better bargaining power. The third force is innovation. When many farmers come together, their experiences also add up. Knowledge increases. Opens the way for new innovations.”

“Leading the world against climate change, India has also set a target of net-zero carbon emission in front of the world by 2070. Today India is working on a hydrogen mission, taking lead in electric vehicles.”

“PM Gatishakti National Master Plan is going to give a new edge to the pace of infrastructure construction in the country. Giving new dimensions to Make in India, the country has implemented ambitious plans for new sectors like chip manufacturing, semiconductors.”
