Its intelligence agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) has started building terror control rooms in Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK).
Apart from this, he is also trying to create coordination among terrorist organizations so that attacks can be carried out in Jammu and Kashmir around August 15. Pakistan has also found eight new ways to enter terrorists into Jammu and Kashmir.
According to India Today report, ISI is conspiring to terrorize Jammu and Kashmir ahead of Independence Day and has approached several terrorist organizations for this. Intelligence and security agencies, there have been several meetings between banned terrorist organizations like Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, and Al-Badr and handlers of ISI.
According to sources, plans were made to carry out simultaneous terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir in these meetings. Intelligence notes obtained by India Today show how Pakistan is building new terror control rooms in PoK and exploring new avenues for infiltration into Jammu and Kashmir.

ISI and terrorist organizations have identified eight new routes for infiltration along the Line of Control (LoC), although Indian security agencies have come to know about it before they could carry out their nefarious designs.
According to the report, Pakistan has activated 27 new launching pads along the LoC to launch terrorists and has intensified efforts to infiltrate terrorists into Jammu and Kashmir before August 15. New terrorists are being brought to these launching pads and since June about 146 terrorists have been kept ready for infiltration at various launch pads.
After a brief period of peace on the border in Jammu and Kashmir, a rise in terrorist incidents has been seen in the last few weeks. Along with this, the participation of foreign terrorists in the attacks on the security forces has also increased.
This year 86 terrorists have been killed in Jammu and Kashmir. Of these, 36 terrorists have been killed in 16 encounters in June-July. In July alone, more than 20 terrorists, including four Pakistani terrorists, have been killed in more than 10 encounters.

The number of local youth joining terrorist organizations also remains almost the same. Till July 15, 69 youths of Jammu and Kashmir had been recruited in terrorist organizations. Last year the number was 85. Most of the youth who joined terrorist organizations are residents of Shopian, Kulgam, and Pulwama.
Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police (DGP) Dilbag Singh had said that with the help of technology, youths are stopped before joining terrorist organizations.
