Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has said that due to increase in corona cases, night curfew may be imposed in Bhopal and Indore from Sunday or Monday.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said this at a state level review meeting related to Corona.

He said that “In Maharashtra, the incidence of infection has increased rapidly. Thermal scanning of people coming from there is necessary, whether they have come by air route or by train and road. "

According to the news agency PTI, there was a discussion in this meeting about reducing the number of people coming from Maharashtra.

Chauhan told the officials in the meeting that they should ensure that people follow the guidelines related to covid seriously.

24 hours ago, 603 new cases of corona infection were registered within one day in Madhya Pradesh.

According to government data, the maximum number of cases were reported in Indore city. So far, 940 people have died in Indore from covid-19.

Earlier the increase in cases of corona virus infection in Maharashtra, the urban area of ​​Nagpur will be fully locked down from March 15. 

District in-charge minister Nitin Raut has said on Thursday that a complete lockdown will be imposed in the urban area from March 15 to 21. 

Only essential services will continue. Earlier, from last month till March 7, all schools, colleges and coaching institutes in the district were closed.

While the markets were allowed to open on Saturdays and Sundays, a complete lockdown has been announced now. The state has already banned social, political and religious events.

The total number of infected people increased to 2252057 after the maximum 13,659 new cases of corona virus infection were reported on a single day this year in Maharashtra on Wednesday.
