According to the police, Neeraj Bishnoi, the creator of Bulli Bai app, has used Gurmukhi script several times in his school to hide his identity. You must have seen how the Sikh script Gurmukhi was used in Bulli Bai as well.

In his school, he has done such work to spread hatred between the two communities.

Neeraj Bishnoi was arrested by Delhi Police from Jorhat in Assam where he has his house. According to the police, Neeraj is learning coding since the age of 15. He has confessed to tampering with the website of Army Public School and Delhi Public School. Police is now verifying his claim.

Why Neeraj Bishnoi Used Gurumukhi for coding?

According to DCP cyber cell KPS Malhotra, the police analyzed Neeraj's laptop and other gadgets and found that he used Gurmukhi script for coding several times and has been using it on social media as well. Neeraj says that Gurmukhi is more effective than Devanagari. Initially, after seeing Gurmukhi on Bulli Bai app, people had said that it was related to Khalistani terrorists and said that no Hindu can do such a fallen act.

The DCP told the media that we are investigating his connection with sulli deals. When Neeraj put up the picture of a Congress leader for auction, he tagged Sully Deals on Twitter.

He also had contact through Twitter with 3 people arrested by Mumbai Police. He also had contact with Shweta of Uttarakhand. Delhi Police has 7 days custody of Neeraj. Police is interrogating him day and night. Police said that Neeraj was not cooperating with the police and was also threatening to kill himself.
