Manmohan Singh says that instead of seeing how many people are being given the Corona vaccine, it should be seen how much percentage of the population is being vaccinated.

He pointed out that only a very small section of the population in India has been able to get the vaccine so far.

The former Prime Minister said that he is confident that by adopting the right policy, we can give better and very quick results. Manmohan Singh has given many suggestions in this regard in his letter to Prime Minister Modi.

He said, "We must take many steps to fight the epidemic. But a large part of these efforts should be to accelerate the vaccination campaign."

Manmohan Singh has said that he is sending his suggestions for the consideration of the government. His spirit is of constructive cooperation, on which he has always believed and practiced.

A day before these suggestions sent by Manmohan Singh, a meeting of the Congress Working Committee was held in which the methods of fighting the Corona epidemic were discussed.

The former prime minister is of the opinion that the central government should make public the details of the order and delivery of the corona vaccine for the next six months and the government should also explain how the corona vaccine will be supplied to the states.

"We are facing an unprecedented emergency and, I understand, experts are of the view that this relaxation is justified in an emergency. The relaxation could be for a limited period during which the bridging trials could be completed in India. All consumers of such vaccines could be duly cautioned that these vaccines are being allowed for use based on the approval granted by the relevant authority abroad," he said.

In India, two lakh cases of corona infection are being recorded every day for the last four days.
