Shikha possesses over 23 years of extensive HR experience, which uniquely qualifies her to lead the people strategy at Luminous Power Technologies.

Luminous Power Technologies, India's foremost energy storage solutions provider, has recently welcomed Shikha Gupta as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The announcement was made on September 4, 2023, in Gurugram. Shikha brings with her a wealth of experience, having previously held the position of Director of HR and DEI for India and South Asia at Schneider Electric. Her addition to the Luminous team marks a significant milestone in further strengthening the company's HR capabilities.

In her new role, Shikha will report directly to Ms. Preeti Bajaj, CEO and Managing Director of Luminous Power Technologies. Her main responsibility will be to lead the human resource function, ensuring it aligns with and effectively supports the overall business plan and growth of the company. Moreover, Shikha will oversee CSR initiatives and take charge of administration duties at Luminous.

Who is Shikha Gupta?

Shikha's career has been a remarkable journey spanning over 23 years across various industry sectors. She joined Schneider in 2011 and has since taken on multiple roles, including HR leader for R&D and international stints for the Energy Business. In her most recent position, she has been instrumental in driving people priorities across Services, Customer Experience, Finance, Global Finance and governance, and Data Office, leading the evolution of Services and the transformation of Finance for Schneider Electric India. Furthermore, Shikha has been at the forefront of leading the DEI agenda, launching interventions to influence both leaders and employees for a sustained culture shift.

Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Shikha has worked with WNS Global Services, JP Morgan Chase, Wipro Ltd and Infosys Tech. She is an electrical Engineer, and an MBA in HR & IR from IISWBM and holds a certification in Hogan Assessment.
