List of Countries where Indians are allowed to travel after covid

Ground Report | New Delhi: Countries where Indians are allowed after covid; Countries have begun easing international travel restrictions, provided certain conditions are met, as Covid-19 vaccination programs become more widespread.

Vaccinated Indian tourists are now allowed in several countries including the US (from 8 November), the UK, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Maldives, Chile, and Bahrain. In Thailand, vaccinated Indians will have to quarantine for seven days upon the arrival.

Countries where Indians are allowed after covid

Thailand

• Thailand will reopen to vaccinated visitors from select countries from 1 November. Fully vaccinated citizens of 10 countries deemed "low risk" will be allowed to enter the country without quarantine, provided they arrive by air.

United Kingdom

• Fully vaccinated Indians will not need to undergo any quarantine. The passengers will be required to carry the vaccination certificate and undergo an RT-PCR test on the second day of arrival.

Sri Lanka

• Fully vaccinated passengers should carry a negative RT-PCR test done no earlier than 72 hours before commencement. They have to carry the original vaccination certificate with them. The non-vaccinated tourists are required to undergo 14-day quarantine at a government-approved hotel and RT-PCR tests on arrival and exit from the quarantine.

Dubai

Passengers traveling to Dubai are required to show a negative RT-PCR test before arrival. The test needs to be done within 96 hours of travel in the country.

Maldives

Visitors, including those from India, are allowed to obtain a visa on arrival in the Maldives.

Chile

Tourists can travel through Chile provided they have been fully vaccinated. A negative Covid-19 test is also required upon arrival in the country.

Bahrain

Bahrain allows vaccinated travelers from certain countries to enter without quarantine. (The complete list is available at https://www.bahrainairport.bh/covid-19-travel-information).

Egypt

Passengers coming from India are required to undergo RT-PCR test on arrival in Egypt. The test should not be taken more than 72 hours before arrival.
