A video of Shaligram Garg, the younger brother of Bageshwar Dham Sarkar Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of Bageshwar Dham, is going viral, allegedly showing him abusing and assaulting a Dalit family. Garg was also seen threatening the victims with a gun.
In the viral video, the younger brother of Bageshwar Dham's 'god man' can be seen openly carrying a gun and pushing and threatening an unidentified man at a wedding in MP's Chhatarpur district.
Saurabh Garg can clearly be seen smoking and waving a gun at the man in the now-viral video. However, it is not yet known what caused the altercation between them. The Godman's brother is clearly visible in all those videos being shared on Twitter.
Chhatarpur Police have become aware of the matter and have formed a team to investigate the incident. The incident comes at a time when the god-man of Bageshwar called for making India a "Hindu Rashtra".
Dhirendra Shastri has reiterated that India will soon be a "Hindu Rashtra", adding that even "foreigners want an India where everyone can say Hindutva with pride."
