The famous game show Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) is among the list of TV shows. Amitabh Bachchan hosts the Hindi version of KBC. KBC has also been launched in many other languages, seeing its popularity. But now the Home Ministry has started a new initiative. Kaun Banega Crorepati will be telecasted in Kashmiri language in Jammu and Kashmir from April 29. KBC Kashmir can be watched online on DD Kashir.
The timing of KBC Kashmir is from Monday to Saturday at 8 pm. They will be telecast on TV from April 29 to July 6. According to the report, the show will be shot in Delhi. Kashmiri actors and comedian Rais Mohiuddin will host the show.
According to the reports, the idea of launching KBC Kashmir has been taken by the Home Ministry for a special purpose. His aim is to promote peace, harmony and patriotism in Jammu and Kashmir.
In March last year, the Home Ministry had thought that the state would promote such a TV show that highlights democratic values, national unity, communal harmony, secularism and patriotism. At the same time, they tell the evils of fundamentalism. According to a newspaper report printed in March last year, these TV shows will showcase the positive aspects of the government’s development and security forces in Jammu and Kashmir.
How will KBC Participate in Kashmir?
People who speak Kashmiri, whether they live anywhere in the world, can participate in the show.
According to reports, it has been told by Doordarshan officials that so far 120,000 people have registered for the show. 15,000 participants were shortlisted. After this, give all written tests, where they will have to answer 20 objective questions. Those who pass this test will be included in the list of Final Contestants.
