Justice for cab driver

In this video going viral, a girl can be seen slapping a man driving at a road crossing. Traffic police are also seen in the video. The traffic police intervene, but the girl continues to kill the man.

It can be seen in the video that some people try to intervene in the matter and save the man, but the girl does not leave the man’s collar. In the video, the man is heard saying that the girl has also broken his phone. At present, the police have released three people present in the cab in this case by challaning them. At the same time, the girl has also been released with a warning.

FIR registered

A First Information Report (FIR) has been registered against a woman who beat up a cab driver at a signal in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow. While it was earlier reported that the woman attacked the driver as he allegedly hit her, CCTV footage shows that the cab driver stopped at a zebra crossing when the woman was crossing the road, and the car was right in front of her.

"Will you run over a woman?" She is heard asking in the video to continue the assault, while the driver seeks the help of the onlookers to call the police. He said that she had damaged his mobile phone. "Who will pay for that? It's my employer's call. I'm a poor man… It costs ₹25,000," he says.

"He grabbed my phone from the car and broke it into pieces. He also broke the side mirrors of the car. Both of us were taken to the police station, where an FIR (First Information Report) was lodged against me, but nothing was done against her. I want justice," Saadat Ali Siddiqui Cab driver said.

Accused girl has issued statement

Now another aspect is coming to the fore in the case of a girl who beat up a cab driver in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. The accused girl has issued a statement from her social media and has declared herself innocent. The girl said that everyone is blaming me but no one wants to know my story. The girl also told the driver to be bald.

The accused girl by the name of Priyadarshini Yadav released a statement from her Instagram account. In which he has blamed himself innocent and the cab driver. Priyadarshini Yadav wrote, 'Smoke and drive. Everyone is blaming me why I killed him. Nobody wants to know my story. I had almost crossed the road when the signal was red. Then the bald driver hit me with his car. I was saved by the grace of God. He was not admitting his mistake and was arguing with me. So I slapped him.
