Israel also receives 'stringent lesson' threat

Ground Report | New Delhi: The conflict between the Israel military and Palestine continues for the fifth consecutive day. Israel has intensified its action in Gaza, while Palestinians are rocket-fired in Israel.

Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has said that the Israeli army will continue military operations in Gaza as long as necessary. On Friday morning, he said in a statement that "Hamas will have to pay a heavy price".

At the same time, Hamas military spokesman has said that if the Israeli army decides to take ground military action, then they are ready to teach it a "hard lesson".

Shortly after Netanyahu's statement came, video pictures of the blasts appeared in the sky of Gaza.

Earlier, Israel has deployed tanks and troops along the border with Gaza. He is now considering a ground military campaign after the struggle for the last several days.

However, on Friday, the Israeli army said that now their army and air force have carried out attacks but they have not gone inside Gaza.

Violence has erupted between Palestinian and the Israeli military since Monday. The extremists continued to fire rockets at Israel and the Israeli army continued to carry out air strikes with missiles.

So far, more than 100 people have died in Gaza and seven in Israel.

On the other hand, there are clashes between Jewish and Arab miscreants within Israel as well, due to which President Benjamin Netanyahu has warned of a civil war.

Israel's Defense Minister Benny Gantz has ordered a strong deployment of security forces to control the unrest.

More than 400 people have been arrested so far.

What else happened on Thursday?

• The Israeli army said that three rockets were fired from Lebanon into the sea near the coast of northern Israel. No one has taken responsibility for this. But many extremist groups are active within Lebanon, including Hezbollah, with whom Israel fought for a month in 2006.
• The Israeli military said that it had carried out several attacks in Gaza, including the houses, offices and places of extremists from where they used to gather intelligence.
• Palestinian group Hamas fired several rockets at Israel from Gaza. A Hamas spokesman said that he had just shown "only a small part" of his potential.
• Violence between Jews and Israeli Arabs also took place on Thursday in many cities and towns within Israel.
• Many international airlines have postponed their flights to Israel.

The international community has called for an end to the violence between the two sides, including Israel's ally America, but despite this there are no signs of stopping it.

A senior Hamas official has said that if the international community pressures Israel to stop its military action on the disputed al-Aqsa Mosque, they are also ready to wage a counter-ceasefire.
