China using statement of VK Singh to accuse India of border violations
On the basis of a statement by Union Minister General (Retd) VK Singh, China has targeted India. China says that India is repeatedly violating the LAC and this is causing a situation of confrontation on the border.

China's foreign minister's spokesman, Wang Wenbin, has described VK Singh's statement as "unknowingly accepting" towards India.
A spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Minister said, "We urge India to faithfully implement the agreement that we have reached with mutual consent and take steps to protect peace and stability in the border areas."

According to reports, VK Singh in Madurai said in a statement- "You guys don't know how many times we have encroached. I assure you, if China has encroached 10 times, we have at least 50 Must have done the bar."
The armies of both India and China have been in stand-off on LAC for the last ten months. The central government responded to the ongoing deadlock with China in Parliament last week. In the reply given by the Ministry of External Affairs, it was said that since April-May last year, China has increased the deployment of troops on LAC.

Several attempts were made to infiltrate since May. The Central Government also said in the House that the Indian Army has given a befitting reply to these intrusions.
