India bowled out Australia for 338 runs in the first innings of the third Test match being played at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

Australian captain Tim Paine decided to bat first after winning the toss. During this, Steven Smith played a brilliant century. He scored 131 runs off 226 balls with the help of 16 fours.

Apart from Smith, Marnus Lahushen has scored 91 runs and Will Pukowski has scored 62 runs. Spinner Ravindra Jadeja played a big role in stopping Australia from 338 runs for India, who took only 4 wickets for the maximum 4 wickets. At the same time, Jaspreet Bumrah-Navdeep Saini took 2-2 and the second Test star bowler Mohammad Siraj took one wicket.
