According to the spokesperson, "Despite being asked for permission, a police car was parked at the gate here and security forces surrounded the way."

Mehbooba Mufti posted a video of about 2 minutes on Twitter, writing, "House arrest as usual. I was placed under house arrest when I allegedly asked to allow the family of Athar, who was killed in a fake encounter. When Athar's father asked for the body of his son, UAPA was imposed on him. These are the same 'normal conditions' that the Indian government wants to show to the European Union delegation coming to Kashmir."
