The latest guideline said that for intermediate students, colleges can start their academic sessions (online/offline/in mixed mode) at the earliest. This should be done by following all the instructions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to the order of the Supreme Court, it has been instructed that colleges and universities can take admission of students only when the results of their board exams are out. These instructions are for ICSE, CBSE, and all state boards. It is expected that all the school boards will declare their results for class XII examinations by 31 July 2021.

Admission to first-year courses/programs for the session 2021-2022 should be completed by 30th September 2021. The new session is to start by October 1, 2021.
