Due to the opposition of the family, the loving couple gave up their lives by standing on the railway track in Madhya Pradesh. During the coaching class, both of them fell in love and wanted to get married but the girl's family was not ready to accept it. The father also engaged the girl.

As per the reports the teenager did not object but later ran away from home. A day later, the body of the young man and the woman were recovered from the railway track.

Reports said that the teenager did not object but later ran away from home. A day later, the body of the young man and the woman were recovered from the railway track.

The girl's father drives an auto, After finding out the love affair with Aslam, the father engaged the teenager to the son of a Pandit resident of Sehore.

The body of the missing teenager from Bhopal was later recovered from the railway track at Obedullaganj.

The family of the teenager had filed a case of kidnapping while the family of the youth had registered a case of disappearance in Nishatpura.

Police said that, the young man and the woman stood on the railway track holding hands. The driver played the horn but the two did not leave each other's hands and then came down under the train and cut.

It was told that the teenager did not want to marry anyone else but the family members were constantly under pressure. For this reason, the young man and the teenager committed suicide by coming under the Janshatabdi Express around 4 pm.

Average 381 Suicides Daily In India In 2019: Data

India reported an average 381 deaths by suicide daily in 2019, totalling 1,39,123 fatalities over the year, according to the latest National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) data.

A 3.4 per cent increase was observed in suicides during 2019 (1,39,123 suicides) as compared to 2018 (1,34,516) and 2017 (1,29,887), the data showed.

The rate of suicide (incidents per 1 lakh population) rose by 0.2 per cent in 2019 over 2018, as per the data.

Over 139 thousand deaths due to suicides were recorded in India in 2019. Furthermore, majority of suicides were reported in the state of Maharashtra, followed by Tamil Nadu. The number of suicides that year had increased from the previous year. Some of the causes for suicides in the country were due to professional problems, abuse, violence, family problems, financial loss, sense of isolation and mental disorders.
