Ground Report | New Delhi: Former Afghan minister; The former Afghan Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Syed Ahmad Shah Sadat, is working on the streets of the city of Leipzig as a pizza delivery man. Syed Ahmed Shah Saadat has held several other important posts along with the Minister of Communications in Afghanistan. In such a situation, delivering pizza like this is shocking for everyone. However, Syed has no shame in calling himself a delivery boy.
A German journalist has shared the photo of the former Afghan Communications Minister on his Twitter account. The journalist also talked to the former minister, in which he said about the condition of Afghanistan and himself. Syed Ahmed Shah Sadat resigned from his post at the end of last year and moved to Germany. After leaving the country, he spent some time well, but when the money started running out, he had to work as a pizza delivery boy for a living.

Former Afghan minister
In Afghanistan, Sadaat participated in the development of telecommunications in rural areas and planned to launch a joint Afghan-Chinese satellite. In 2020, he resigned because he refused to use the funds assigned to his ministry to fight the Taliban, a movement banned in Russia and other countries.

Sadat holds two master's degrees in communication and electronic engineering from Oxford University. He worked for 23 years in the field of communications with over 20 companies in 13 countries, including Saudi Arabia, for Aramco and Saudi Telecom Company.
In his more than two decades of experience, Sadat served as Technical Advisor to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Afghanistan from 2005 to 2013. He also served as the CEO of Ariana Telecom in London from 2016 to 2017.
Afghanistan came under full Taliban control on 15 August, when the insurgent group captured the capital, Kabul. Ghani, who was the president, left the country the next day and is believed to be in the United Arab Emirates.
