Researchers have said that if anyone has any of these apps on the phone, then there is a need to delete them immediately from the phone.

As per the Quick Heal report, these applications will ask for notification access at launch and then take SMS data from these notifications. Then they ask to access the contact as well as manage to get permission for phone calls. The report also claimed that malware authors spread these applications to scanner apps, wallpaper apps, message apps on the Google Play Store. They can quickly become popular due to their utility use-cases. That’s why users should always download such apps, which they trust.
