Mask Mandatory in UP

After seeing the sudden increase in Covid Cases, the Uttar Pradesh government has started to take preventive measures. On Monday, it is mandatory for the people of Lucknow and six NCR districts to wear a face mask in public places. These districts are Ghaziabad, Hapur, Meerut, Gautam Budh Nagar, Bulandshahr, Baghpat and the state capital Lucknow.

The government has taken this decision due to the rise of Covid-19 cases in the nearby state of Delhi and Haryana. The state has also seen that most of the cases are coming from these states, with 65 new cases from Gautam Budh Nagar, 20 from Ghaziabad and 10 from Lucknow. The state has 115 new Covid-19 cases. State’s CM Yogi Adityanath has ordered the administration to ” close monitoring” the situation.

Scientists believe that there is no fourth wave, although it will attack children because their vaccination is not yet complete. Now it is your and our responsibility to wear masks and save yourself and your children.
