Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed an all-party meeting on corona virus through video conferencing from Delhi and said that experts are assuming that there will be no more waiting for the corona vaccine. It is believed that the corona vaccine will be ready in the next few weeks.
After getting the green signal from the scientists, the vaccination campaign will be started. India already has experience of conducting large vaccination campaigns. The government will be met by talking to the state governments about deficiencies like cold store. Along with this, software will also be prepared to keep the real time TEDA attached to the vaccine.
He said, "Recently I have met the scientists regarding the Corona virus vaccine. They said that the world is looking at a low cost safe vaccine at this time and they are eyeing India."
He said that the government is talking to the states about the cost of vaccination of corona virus.
Narendra Modi said, "Who will get the vaccine first? The central government is talking to the states on this issue and first the vaccine will be given to the people and elderly people engaged in the treatment of health workers and corona patients."
He said, "The Central Government is talking with the State Governments regarding the cost of the vaccine and the decision will be taken on giving priority to public health."
Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain has said that after getting the covid-19 vaccine, the Delhi government has the ability to vaccinate the entire population of Delhi within a few weeks.
He said that Delhi government can do this with the help of Mohalla clinics, polyclinics, dispensaries and hospitals.
