Class 10, 12 Board Exams 2022: Here’s what students want

• “The other petitioners are students as well as parents from different states, who felt aggrieved by the Board's decision. That the mental pressure created by performance on this test is so great that each year a number of students commit suicide out of fear of poor performance, or failure,” the allegation said.

• Making students sit and face the exam with the added fear of catching the Covid-19 virus will not only be unfair but absolutely inhumane, the allegation said.

• The petitioners maintained that their claim is genuine and essential to protect their fundamental rights to education in Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution.

• The allegation also asks the court to approve the instruction to carry out an improvement exam for those who are not satisfied with the internal evaluation and, in addition, the instruction to constitute a committee to decide the evaluation formula of the students, including the students of compartment , and declare the result within a time. limit and term.
