CBSE 12th Result by July 31, know on what basis you will get marks

Venugopal said that every school will have to form a results committee which will help in the evaluation of class 12th.

Ground Report | New Delhi: CBSE 12th Result; Central Board of Secondary Education CBSE has told the Supreme Court that the results of class 12th will be declared on the basis of the performance of students in class 10th, 11th, and 12th. As a result, 30 percent weightage will be given to class 10th, 30 percent to 11th, and 40 percent weightage to Class 12th performance. CBSE's 12-member committee has told the Supreme Court that the 12th results will be declared on July 31.

In the Supreme Court, the vacation bench of Justice AM Khanwilkar and Justice Maheshwari was informed by CBSE about how students will be evaluated in class 12th. In class 10th and 11th, marking will be done on the basis of the three subjects which have got the highest marks in the term examination.

CBSE 12th Result; The Supreme Court has accepted the formula for the 12th class result presented by the government. Mamta Sharma, appearing for the petitioners, said that the evaluation scheme of CBSE class 12th is satisfactory and we have no objection to it. On the other hand, the numbers of unit, term, and practical examination of class 12th will be added. On the basis of these two, students will get marks in the 12th result.

AG KK Venugopal told the Supreme Court that a committee can be formed to bring uniformity among the differences in the system of evaluation in different schools. Venugopal said that every school will have to form a results committee which will help in the evaluation of class 12th.

Venugopal told the court that if a student fails in this evaluation process, he will be placed in the 'essential repeat' or 'compartment' category. Along with this, if any student is not satisfied with his/her marks then he/she will get a chance to appear in the next board examination of class 12th of CBSE.
