Ground Report | New Delhi: Aryan Khan drug case; A special NDPS court in Mumbai on Wednesday rejected the bail plea of Aryan Khan and his friends in a drug case registered by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a case related to the raid on a rave party aboard a cruise ship on October 2.
Now, the father of Arbaaz Merchant has reacted to the safety of his son in jail. In an interview with ETimes, Businessman Aslam Merchant said, "I wanted to talk to Arbaaz after the hearing and was trying to get a chance to talk to him but to no avail. I also went to Khar police station to register my phone number, which is near my house, so that I can have a chance to talk to my son, whose security is now a matter of great concern."

Businessman Aslam Merchant said he has only been able to talk to his son for three minutes since last week, "I really don't know how my son is and I don't know what is happening inside the jail".
He further added "I don't even know with whom he is living in the barracks and what kind of people are around him. Plus, when I got a chance to speak on a video call last week, for just three minutes, I could see the fear on his face. When he told me, 'Pappa, get us out of here, we are innocent.' His suffocating voice and fear scare me and I am concerned about my son's safety".

Merchant further added, "I can't see my son like this and you can understand the condition of the parents and the plight of an innocent child when he is being treated like this. With the cooperation of the agency, he is bailed out." It could have been found. It is unfair to treat boys of such a delicate age in this way."
