After Rihanna, now this Hollywood star supports farmers

After celebrities like Rihanna, Lily Singh and Jay Sean, Hollywood star Suzanne Sarandon has also tweeted in support of the farmers' movement.

Actress Jamila Jamil has also supported the farmers' movement in one of her Instagram posts. She has written that she is constantly facing anti-women abuses due to supporting the farmers who are protesting.

The Ministry of External Affairs of the Government of India has officially issued a statement regarding these tweets.
