Activist Nodeep Kaur Granted Bail By Punjab And Haryana High Court

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has given bail to the agitator Nodeep Kaur. The Haryana Police had registered cases under various sections on 12 January.

It alleged that she was allegedly doing illegal money recovery and when a team of police officers approached her, the policemen were attacked with sticks.

Originally from Punjab, Nodeep Kaur has been raising voice against the Kundli Industrial Area (KIA) in Haryana for the pending salary of migrant workers.

Kundli Industrial Area is the area of ​​Sonipat adjacent to the Singhu border which comes in Haryana.

24-year-old Nodeep Kaur has been in jail for for almost one month, raising voice against the pending wages of migrant workers against the Kundli Industrial Area (KIA) in Haryana. KIA is in the Sonipat area adjacent to the Singhu border.

The Haryana Police has registered a case under various sections on January 12.

According to the FIR, Nodeep Kaur is originally from Punjab, but she used to work in KIA. It said that she was allegedly doing illegal money recovery and when a team of police officers approached her, the policemen were attacked with sticks.

Police have alleged that many policemen were injured in this attack. On February 12, the police arrested Kaur and sent her to judicial custody for 14 days.
