National carrier Air India has opened bookings for select domestic flights from May 4 onwards and also for international flights from June 1.
Trains, buses and even airlines are banned till May 3. But, now Air India has started booking tickets. Information has also been given about this on the website of Air India.
The airline has written on its website, “In view of the nationwide crisis of Coronavirus, we have prohibited the booking of tickets till 3 May 2020 for domestic flights and 31 May 2020 for booking tickets for international flights”. It has been further stated on the airline’s website that from May 4, 2020, bookings for select domestic flights and international flights have been opened from June 1, 2020.

Air services in India are completely closed due to Corona virus infection and nationwide lockdown.
Due to the lockdown, Air India had earlier suspended commercial flights on domestic and international routes till 14 April. But on the last three April, it was increased to 30 April.
