Poonam Pandey behind Raj Kundra Arrest in adult film case

Ground Report | New Delhi: Poonam Pandey behind Raj Kundra Arrest; Mumbai Police has arrested Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman Raj Kundra for making adult films and providing them through an app. He was produced in the court on Tuesday. The court has sent Raj Kundra to police custody till July 23.

In the reports, he has also been described as the 'key conspirator' associated with this dispute. It all started when the Mumbai Crime Branch investigated a call involving a Mumbai resident and a adult film mafia from the Middle East. All this led to 9 arrests from 2 FIRs. The investigation also revealed how some well-known actors are forced to shoot adult material.

Poonam Pandey behind Raj Kundra Arrest

According to a report in Peepingmoon, model-cum-actress Poonam Pandey has reportedly "accused Raj of being the mastermind of the entire adult film business in India." Remember that Model and actress Poonam Pandey had filed a complaint against Raj Kundra and his associate in the Bombay High Court last year. Poonam alleged that Raj's company was misusing her pictures. 

Poonam had told that she had made a deal with Raj and Saurabh's company Armsprime Media, this contract was for a very short time. In this, Raj's company used to look after the work of Poonam's application. When Poonam was suspected of cheating in this contract, she broke the contract with Raj. However, Raj had dismissed the allegations against him in this case, saying that he had nothing to do with it.

Poonam said that the contract between the two was terminated due to the irregularities in the payment. On the other hand, Raj Kundra and Saurabh Kushwaha had vehemently denied these allegations. In such a situation, the strings of this recent case are also related to Poonam's case somewhere. 

In a recent case, Mumbai Police said that in February this year, a case was registered in Mumbai Crime Branch for making adult films. It was alleged in the complaint that these films are made and published through some apps. The police started its investigation by registering a case in this matter. 

Raj Kundra's name has been exposed in this case. The commissioner said that during the investigation it was found that Raj Kundra is the main accused in this racket. The police have got any concrete evidence against him, after this, he was arrested on Monday.
